JSX graph wasn't working. For some reason it wasn't seeing an unwrapped value TT as a number, the work around was to do any arithmetic with it, e.g. TT/1 or 1*TT made it realise it wasn't some random object but a number!

I feel that the statements such as "In 2017 there were 21 516 students who met the standard in the Literacy test" should actually say "In 2017 there were 21 516 first time candidates who met the standard in the Literacy test". There may be more statements with this issue.
