Ready to use

Compute a table of values for a quadratic function. A JSXgraph plot shows the curve going through the entered values.

The data is fitted by linear and quadratic regression. First, find a linear regression equation for the $n$ data points, $20 \le n \le 35$ . They then are shown that the quadratic regression is often a better fit as measured by SSE. Also users can experiment with fitting polynomials of higher degree.

Has some problems

Demo question: do some sneaky symbolic differentiation to check that the student's answer is the integral of the expression they're given. Needs an advice section before it can be used.

Asking users to input coefficients of a system of diff equations so that the phase space is a centre. All systems input by the user are graphed together with immediate feedback. Also included in the Steps are the graphs of the solutions for $x(t),\; y(t);\; x(0)=-5,\;y(0)=5.$
