Split from a larger question, for which this part was incorrect. I've fixed the conversion for cm3 to litres and removed the conversion to gallons, as this was not useful. I've replaced this with conversion from cm3 to m3, which is more useful, and a common problem for students.
I've ripped this apart enough to warrant marking it "needs to be tested" rather than "ready to use".
