The diagram is misleading - it looks like $\theta_2 = \theta_1$, making $F_2$ vertical. In order for the point to be in equilibrium when resolved horizontally, $F_2$ must point at least a little bit left.
It's not stated that $F_4$ is vertical. If it was explicitly the force due to gravity, then you could expect the student to infer it's vertical, but they'd want to add in a reaction force.

Tidied up some formatting:
- Made the parts gapfills, so $F_i = $ goes just before the input.
- No need to write the first $\mathrm{N}$ in $F_i \mathrm{N} = \var{x} \mathrm{N}$.
