Some names do appear in the data as neutral and male/female. I don't think that's a problem.

I have incorporated Christian's random person extension into the question.

I think i noticed a slight bug where some names appear as both a male and a gender-neutral name, for example the name Logan (which i think is gender-neutral) , appeared as a gender neutral name in my test run of this question but in Christian's draft question illustrating the random person extension the name appeared as a male name and accordingly used different pronouns than in my question.

Not sure if this is a problem or not, just thought it was worth mentioning.

I have changed the one where it reflects in $y = -x$  so that there is a letter at each vertex. It is the only question that does it though so seems out of place. If it does seem too out of place it can be removed easily.

I have edited the advice. I think the spacing/positioning could be done better but am not sure how to do this with the tables so they don't stretch when you move each part.
