Part d should follow on from c, using the same sequence, and only ask for one (large) term. As it is, I've got to work out the formula for two new sequences and only get marked on the final answer.
Has something gone awry with the ice cream question? Jenny's friends both have tickets with larger numbers than hers. How does that help work out how many people got strawberry before Jenny? Unless you don't want to say explicitly how many flavours there are, that information is sort of a red herring.

Why only one part? There doesn't seem to be any good reason why it shouldn't be in two parts.
£2 for a lollipop?! They are unreasonably expensive sweets. May need a re-think to make this more realistic. You state Jerry eats a lot and I would disagree (based on my own sweet-eating habits), so perhaps these could be packets of sweets?
You have mixed singular "Jerry", and plural "they".
A good addition would be to add a step to (what will be) part a) which asks for an expression for each of the 3 components. This bit should also be above the cost equation in the advice. "we can see that the unsimplified expression..." can't be seen at all, until those steps have been taken.

just a few things to comment on
- in the statement equation it says 'expected of times' which doesn't make sense
- maybe you could explain what p(film) is somewhere
- the way you have phrased '120 people buy tickets to see one of...' makes it sound like they all bought the same film ticket
- i think you can omit 'by rolling a 2 or 4' in b i as you say it twice
- in your advice for b ii you could maybe state the frequncy of outcome a bit clearer and after the equation
- maybe in your advice you could adapt it when the fraction can't be simplified to simply say it is in it's simplest form
- in advice for the last part you can omit 'using the experimental data' as you say it twice
