Elliott Fletcher commented on Complete a frequency table and find the measures of central tendency 8 years, 5 months ago

I think this is a really good question and there isn't really much that needs fixing, just a few grammatical points.

Advice

a)

On the second line here i think it should say "The frequency column" instead of "Frequency column".

b)

I would say "Therefore the mean is" instead of "Therefore the mean:" i don't think you need a colon there.

Lovely examples, but the explanations are wrong.

A simple definition of continuous is that in between two measurements there's always a valid "middle" measurement. So between 56.3cm and 56.4cm there's 56.35cm. But the number of cinema tickets sold is discrete because there's nothing between 1 and 2 tickets sold.

Can you rewrite the explanations using this definition?

Elliott Fletcher commented on Use the factor theorem to identify factors of a polynomial 8 years, 5 months ago

Thanks for the feedback Lauren,

I would add another part but i'm not really sure what other multi choice questions i could do which would be different to the one that i already have in the question, so i think i'll just leave it as one part.
